"EXchange / Transit Love 2" Seong Hae-eun shared her joy at moving into a newly built, ultra-high-priced APT. in Gangnam.

Earlier, Seong Hae-eun had shared news of moving into a new APT in a previous video. At the time she said, "Totally my taste. All white new home. This is the living room I fell for, and if you go this way it will probably be the master bedroom. Put a bed here and this will be the dressing room. If you go past the entrance there are two small rooms. Isn't it great? We came to a really nice place, right? I'm so happy and excited," adding, "I wonder if I can live in such a nice home," and "I feel like I can be happy," expressing her joy.
Meanwhile, in this video Seong Hae-eun set out on a full community tour. She explained, "Our APT. has very well-equipped community facilities. There is a gym, a golf course, a sauna, a swimming pool, and restaurants where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner, but I'll go exercise first. I'm most curious about the gym. I've only seen the gym from outside and haven't seen it yet. But you have to sign up in advance for the gym," she explained.
Leaving the house, Seong Hae-eun explained, "This side is the golf course, this side is the gym, this side is the restaurant." Heading straight to the gym, she praised the spacious interior, saying, "The layout here is unusual. It's shaped like a square with treadmills all around, and it's wide enough for me to run directly on the track myself." She ran along the marked track and expressed satisfaction, "Just running here counts as running. Crazy. You make me run like this? I hate treadmills. I prefer running with my feet on the ground. The layout is like this and it's so wide that I keep running. It's good for running."
She added, "After passing the cardio zone like this, there are weight machines. I'm really so happy. Muscles are already popping. The machines are all new. Completely clean. No one has used them. It's so nice. How is all this a weight zone? Crazy. I've been to many gyms, but I've never seen a place this pleasant, clean, spacious, and with such an unusual layout. I'm so happy. The next day, Seong Hae-eun visited the observation café located on the sky bridge connecting the APT. buildings. She said, "I'm going for the first time too. I'd only seen it on YouTube, so I'm nervous to go in person," and praised the open view, saying, "(The sky bridge) doesn't seem to be open yet. It's the bridge I showed earlier, and if it had floor-to-ceiling windows it would be really pretty. For now, this will do. It's cool. It would look pretty when it opens; I'll show you later."
At the observation café, while tasting dessert she exclaimed repeatedly, "To enjoy coffee while admiring such a nice view. The weather is great. It's really high. Buildings that only looked tall from the ground look low from here. It feels like being in a nice hotel lounge. To be able to feel this at home. I feel like a dream ordering three cakes and eating them in such a nice place. But no matter what, the greatest happiness in our APT. is the gym. I've never seen a gym this good at any hotel here or abroad," she said.
Later, Seong Hae-eun visited the restaurant and explained, "There are two restaurants. The menus are different. Choose one of two menus and stand in front of the restaurant with the chosen menu. You can also buy healthy salads. To the left after passing the restaurant is a café. It was really tasty," she explained.
After eating, she also went to the golf course and signed up for lessons. Seong Hae-eun said happily, "I'm going to register for golf. Since I'm here. It's this big. Friends could come and play together here. I should learn golf. Today all my sporting spirit is bubbling up."
Meanwhile, Seong Hae-eun, a former flight attendant, rose to public attention after appearing on the 2022 TVING dating reality "EXchange / Transit Love 2" and is now active as an influencer and YouTuber.
