The released poster captures KAI smiling at the corner of his mouth against a backdrop full of greenery, drawing attention. KAI fills a space that seems about to tremble with the scent of flowers and grass with refreshing charm, evoking an indescribable fresh excitement. The solo concert title 'KAI in the HIDDEN PALACE' sparks curiosity about its meaning and heightens fans' interest.
'KAI in the HIDDEN PALACE' is a solo concert prepared to commemorate the release of KAI's fifth album and will be held on Mar. 21 (Sat) and Mar. 22 (Sun) at Blue Square WOORI WON Banking Hall in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It is expected to be the first occasion where KAI introduces and performs the songs included on the fifth album to audiences on stage.
Ahead of the solo concert, the musical album 'KAI ON MUSICAL Part.2,' which KAI releases for the first time in three years, is a record that fills a single album with representative numbers from works in which KAI appeared and was loved, numbers shown for the first time, and newly arranged numbers so that listeners can feel the emotion and vivid energy of the musical stage. The album's title track, including 'Your Eyes' from the musical 'Wild Gray,' and a total of eight musical numbers have been newly reborn in KAI's classic voice. Special numbers that can only be heard on the album and numbers sung by KAI in German are also expected to be enjoyed at this concert.
KAI, who made his official musical debut in 2011 with 'The Story of My Life,' is a leading Korean musical actor who has built his presence as a lead in large-scale original musicals and licensed works such as 'Jekyll and HIDE,' 'Frankenstein,' 'Beethoven,' and 'Phantom.'
