'Home Alone' actress Catherine O'Hara died suddenly, and witnesses said she appeared to be in 'very good condition' until two weeks before.

According to sources, Catherine O'Hara briefly appeared at a Supermodels Unlimited magazine event held at Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant in West Hollywood, California, on the 13th of last month, and she looked well at the time.

A few months before she was seen in January, O'Hara's last public appearance was on Sept. 14 of last year at an Apple TV+ primetime Emmy party held at a Los Angeles restaurant. At the time, she walked the red carpet with her husband of 33 years, Bo Welch, smiling brightly and wearing a black dress that reached the floor.
O'Hara's agency said she died on the 30th of last month after a brief illness. At 4:48 a.m. on the day of her death, rescuers were dispatched to O'Hara's home in Brentwood, and she was later transported in critical condition to a hospital in Los Angeles.
According to the 911 call records obtained by Page Six, O'Hara was experiencing 'difficulty breathing' when emergency crews arrived. However, several people close to O'Hara said they did not know if she had been suffering from any illness.
The late Catherine O'Hara, a Toronto native, made her debut as a member of the legendary comedy show SCTV and, alongside John Candy and Eugene Levy, helped lead the golden age of Canadian comedy. She played the mother of protagonist Kevin in the Home Alone series and left a strong presence in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. She later won the 2020 Emmy Award for outstanding lead actress in a comedy series for her role as Moira Rose in Schitt's Creek.
