Actor Lee Si Woo brought vitality to the drama by vividly portraying the bright side of the nine-tailed fox Palmiho and her wish to become human.
Lee Si Woo, in episodes 5 and 6 of the SBS Fri-Sat drama No Tail to Tell (written by Park Chanyoung and Jo Ahyoung, directed by Kim Jungkwon), which aired on the 30th and 31st, played the fox Geumho, who moves between past and present, unfolding contrasting charms in depth and capturing viewers' attention.
In episode 5, Lee Si Woo reappeared as a fox who has the same face as the past human Geumho but a different personality, leaving a strong impact. Geumho revealed her mysterious supernatural side by instantly healing Kang Siyul's (Lomon) injured ankle with the fox's ability, and Lee Si Woo impressed the character's presence by portraying this with vivid expressiveness.
Geumho also introduced herself as the Palmiho and revealed the pure excitement of having waited a long time for Eunho (Kim Hyeyoon). In particular, the scene in which she innocently cries out to Eunho, who is confused by past memories, "I also want to become human as soon as possible!" added a fresh energy to the drama.
In episode 6, Geumho's efforts to adapt to the human world stood out. Above all, the scene in which she confesses, "I want to become a human who is unhappy and sad and ultimately dies," raised the drama's immersion. This tied in with the deliberate choice of the past human Geumho, further solidifying the character's narrative.
In this way, Lee Si Woo embodied with concentrated acting the two points of the past Geumho who resisted a tragic fate and the present Palmiho who longs to become human. Anticipation is rising over what kind of chemistry she will create with Kim Hyeyoon in the story to unfold.
