My Little Old Boy actor Lee Sung-min showed unwavering "K-sauna" pride even in front of a traditional Kazakh sauna.
The travelogue of Bae Jung-nam, Lee Sung-min, Kim Jong-soo and Kim Sung-kyun, who have maintained a 10-year friendship, was revealed on the SBS entertainment program My Little Old Boy that aired on the 1st.
The full-fledged Kazakh healing journey of the four Gyeongsang-do men — Bae Jung-nam, Lee Sung-min, Kim Jong-soo and Kim Sung-kyun — was depicted. After exhausting themselves with bargaining shopping at the market, they headed next to a traditional sauna where they could experience the local steam sauna.
The rare sight of the four appearing side by side wearing sauna hats grabbed attention, and in the hot heat the eldest Lee Sung-min's "ajusshi instinct" awakened. Even in the steamy heat, he drew attention by saying with a relaxed expression, "It's not hotter than the Korean saunas I usually go to."
After washing away their fatigue in the sauna, the members moved to a capsule hotel located in nature. The members couldn't stop praising the neat, futuristic interior, and Bae Jung-nam and Kim Jong-soo, and Lee Sung-min and Kim Sung-kyun decided to use rooms separately.
The highlight was especially the capsule hotel's ceiling sunroof. When the ceiling opened at the push of a button and the Kazakh night sky and what seemed like pouring stars appeared, the ajusshis who had been worrying about the sauna heat moments earlier returned to being emotion-filled boys with nothing of their former selves left.
