On the afternoon of the 1st, the KBS 2TV variety show 'The CEO's Ears Are Donkey Ears' aired, revealing the new restaurant of Jo Seo-hyeong, head of investigation and Jangsa genius, famous for appearing on 'Culinary Class Wars'.
Jo Seo-hyeong introduced, "I have been operating the shop I opened at 24 for eight years. We were full even during COVID."
That day Jo Seo-hyeong went to work at the new restaurant opened in Yeouido. Jo Seo-hyeong said, "There was no young Korean cuisine in Yeouido. There were only classic Korean restaurants or Korean restaurants for company dinners, so I wanted to create lively Korean cuisine."
To welcome the new year, Jo Seo-hyeong competed in a cooking battle with a new employee on their fourth day at the job. They each made dishes using spring ingredients and were judged by Park Myung Soo. Watching Jo Seo-hyeong cook, Park Myung Soo admired, "This is why people succeed: they do this instead of playing when others want to play."
Looking at Jo Seo-hyeong, Park Myung Soo said, "I think mothers will like it," and Jo Seo-hyeong said, "My mother likes it," and announced that she will be married in May.
Jo Seo-hyeong also mentioned her prospective groom. She explained, "He majored in F&B at a hotel. These days he is collaborating with the hottest Chef Son Jong-won," drawing attention. Jo Seo-hyeong had previously revealed a prospective husband who is three years younger on another variety show.
The new chef who competed with Jo Seo-hyeong was the owner who opened a taco shop up to its third branch. He said, "I wanted to work with Chef Jo Seo-hyeong, so I contacted her directly on social media and wrote and sent a portfolio."
Park Myung Soo chose Jo Seo-hyeong's clam patty dish. Park Myung Soo praised, "The harmony of the ingredients seemed good. It's not that you need to be older and have experience to do Korean cuisine well; you need passion and effort."
