After taking the medicine the secretaries had prepared, she finished the photo shoot cheerfully, but Park Shin-hye's condition suddenly worsened. She showed seriousness, saying, "I had a headache and chills, and my face couldn't be controlled without realizing it because it hurt so much."
Despite the poor condition, Park Shin-hye acted professionally and took part in the shoot without showing pain. She also tried to liven up the set atmosphere.
