That day Lee Chang-seop introduced the spacious interior of the house and said, "This house was my lifelong dream house." He added, "It was originally my uncle-in-law's house, and I first saw such a fancy house in middle school. Later I thought that if I earned a lot of money, I must have this house."
He explained that after his activities as a singer he actually bought the house, achieving his childhood goal. He also disclosed the area and market price himself. He said, "The supply area is 52 pyeong," and "The sale price at the time was 500 million won, but now it's about 700 million won." That means it rose about 200 million won over 16 years.
