Oh My Girl Mimi expressed her overflowing affection for the program "Cheonhajeppang".
On the 30th in the afternoon at the Stanford Hotel in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, the production press conference for MBN's new entertainment program "Cheonhajeppang: Bake Your Dream" was held. "Cheonhajeppang" is the country's first "K-bakery survival" that will lead the craze of "K-bread," which has become a trend beyond mild foods, by selecting the world's best pastry and baking chefs. From masters gathered from Paldo Co. to world-class patissiers, to underground bakers with inventive recipes, 72 bakers and pastry chefs from around the world will set aside ranks to compete in a massive global baking and pastry competition that will spread the power of "K-bread" to astonish the world in the first half of 2026.
When PD Yoon Se-young was asked about his feelings ahead of the program's first broadcast that day, he said, "It feels like a baker about to launch a new product. We are nervous and excited to see how consumers will react to our product. We have planned for about a year and are about to air, and we prepared so that viewers can well receive the warm and passionate emotions of our bakers, so we ask for your warm interest."
Particularly, Mimi, who will join as a judge, said, "As a bread lover who loves bread so much, I'm so happy and want to congratulate that 'Cheonhajeppang' is coming into the world. Finally, the era of bread has come. Bread lovers, get up and quickly eat bread and wait. You will take the world," she said, drawing laughter.
She said, "You may have any expectations. I hope you watch, feel and empathize with what happens in the process of making bread and the love that certain patissiers and bakers put into it. Please look forward to it a lot."
Meanwhile, "Cheonhajeppang" will premiere on Feb. 1 at 9:40 p.m.
