On that day, Park Bo Gum celebrated by blowing out a cake the day before the opening with Lee Sang Yi and Kwak Dong- yeon. Then he drew attention by sharing his impressions of the practical cosmetologist exam.
Park Bo Gum confessed, "Perms were too difficult. I actually thought I would be good at it, but perms were much harder than I expected. That's because you have to take the practical exam within a time limit," and said, "The conclusion is that I actually failed."
Park Bo Gum recalled, "When the instructor who was styling my hair gave advice, he said, 'Don't make it a botched job.' He said that meant immediate disqualification," and said, "I worked hard too, but the person next to me had already finished. But one section of mine was better."
He went on, "Originally you should roll by color, but they said, 'Let go of your hands.' Each head should have more than 55 rods, but I had 45. I was short by 10. They said, 'Let go of your hands,' and everyone looked only at me. You probably know who I am," he revealed, drawing laughter.
In the end, only Park Bo Gum failed to finish within the time. He said, "I was actually a bit disappointed. I thought I would pass. I wanted to pass. Even if I couldn't roll a perm like road, I'm confident in blow-drying like a hot perm, so I think that's a relief," and pledged, "I will run the Bogum Magical shop entertainingly."
