The group ITZY gave an honest reaction about renewing their contract. It was action rather than words.
In a compilation video released on the YouTube channel on the 30th, ITZY went on a JYP office tour with Daesung. After touring the office, Daesung opened up, saying, "Each agency seems to have its own promoted 'kick.'" He then asked, "YG had an impressive in-house convenience store, SM had an impressive goods shop, so what is JYP's kick?"
In response, Yeji picked the office's organic cafe 'Soul Cup,' and Yuna, saying, "The food is really delicious," wore a satisfied smile.
As the mood warmed, Daesung naturally brought up the topic of contract renewal. He asked, "With ITZY renewing their contract, they became the center of JYP's lineup," and "Were demands or conditions improved well during the renewal process?"
Yeji silently raised both thumbs, and Chaeryeong also conveyed a positive meaning by raising her thumb. Chaeryeong added, "They originally treated us very well," and "It's truly a good company for artists."
Watching this, Daesung said, "It's not easy for renewals to be carried out smoothly," and "When tiki comes, for taka to come out immediately is a blessing." Then Lia laughed and replied, "We also did tiki-taka," and Chaeryeong added, "tiki-taka-taka," turning the scene into a sea of laughter.
Meanwhile, ITZY is preparing their third world tour. The world tour will start in Seoul on Feb. 13–15 and then take place, local time, in Melbourne on April 17, Sydney on April 19, Auckland on April 22, Tokyo on May 9–10, Hong Kong on June 20, Kaohsiung on June 27, Bangkok on July 4, and Manila on July 11, with more venues to be announced later.<
