'Trust-and-listen performance' MONSTA X (MONSTA X) opens the spectacular curtain on its world tour and begins its march toward the global stage.
According to the agency Starship Entertainment, MONSTA X will hold '2026 MONSTA X WORLD TOUR 'THE X : NEXUS'' at Seoul KSPO DOME for three days from today (30th) through Feb. 1. In particular, this concert gains added significance as it marks their return about six months after the '2025 MONSTA X Connect X' concert held in July last year.
'The X : Nexus' is a solo world tour presented for the first time in about four years since the '2022 MONSTA X 'NO LIMIT' TOUR IN SEOUL' held in 2022. With a further expanded scale and overwhelming performances promised, they have confirmed tour dates in regions including Asia and Latin America, and will embark on a full-fledged global rampage starting with the Seoul concerts.
Last year, marking their 10th anniversary since debut, MONSTA X proved their irreplaceable presence through album activities that became a career high as well as activities at home and abroad. In particular, last December they attended the U.S. '2025 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour,' delivering high-quality performances in major cities that drew enthusiastic responses and capped off a spectacular year-end. Riding on these achievements, MONSTA X won 'AAA Best Artist' and the 'AAA History of K-pop' institutional sector awards at 'AAA 2025' at the end of last year, and recently received the 'Best Group' award at the 40th Golden Disc Awards, recognizing not only their singular group activities but also their outstanding musical accomplishments.
Having proven a solid standing at home and abroad through such diverse activities, they will open 2026 broadly and continue their global activities. Ahead of the official start of the tour, we highlighted must-see points of anticipation.
◆ The standing of the 'trust-and-listen performance' that will spread worldwide
In this tour, MONSTA X will once again demonstrate the overwhelming stage presence befitting a 'trust-and-listen performance' (performance you can trust, listen to and watch). Marking their 10th anniversary last year and reaching a career high while showing a brilliant trajectory at home and abroad, they are expected to showcase the pinnacle of 11 years of honed performance in the new world tour. In particular, since MONSTA X recently hinted at the stage by revealing only the sound of footsteps during choreography practice on their official social media, showing strong confidence, they are expected to deliver catharsis to viewers with immersive live shows and performances, fully displaying their status as the 'standard bearers of concerts.'
◆ An all-time setlist to be presented as a complete group
The tour title 'The X : Nexus' symbolizes not only the 'connection' that MONSTA X and MONBEBE have shared for a long time but also a stronger 'bond' and a 'new leap' beyond that. In this context, member I.M. will participate in the Seoul concert before enlisting on Feb. 9, allowing fans to spend a special time with the six-member full lineup.
As a grand centripetal force that will leap toward the next chapter while performing together as a complete group, this tour has completed all preparations with not only stages from last year's mini album 'The X' but also an all-time setlist that gathers the team's narrative. Confirming the connection they have built with fans through the most 'MONSTA X'-like stages, many fans are focusing on this concert that will write a new chapter.
◆ Six members, six-color special solo stages
You can also expect to see special solo stages composed of diverse genres. Having proved solid skills as a self-producing group by including self-written songs on every album, they will generously display the musical identities they have built through unit and solo activities on stage. Solo stages that maximize the individuality of each of the six members will offer a different charm from the full-group stage and are expected to reaffirm MONSTA X's limitless musical spectrum.
Meanwhile, MONSTA X will hold the 2026 MONSTA X WORLD TOUR 'THE X : NEXUS' at Seoul KSPO DOME today (30th) at 7:30 p.m., on the 31st at 6 p.m., and on Feb. 1 at 4 p.m., and will continue the fervor to major global cities.
