The popular YouTubers from 'Save Me! Homes', the Enjoy Couple Im Lala and Son Minsu, showcased a special MZ-style return-gift culture to mark their twins' 100th day.
On the 29th broadcast of MBC's 'Save Me! Homes', Yang Se-hyung and comedian and YouTuber the Enjoy Couple Son Minsu and Im Lala visited tailored property viewings for newlyweds dreaming of owning their own home.
Im Lala recalled the past and explained the surprise behind the scenes: "When I was an aspiring comedian, I stayed friends with someone. There were times we'd practice all night. I was waiting for the first train and it was so cold that they turned on the heater at their house and told me to wait there until the first train. I was cold so I followed them." Hearing this, Yang Se-hyung hit the mark, saying, "I was cold too," and Joo Woo-jae added, "Adults knew everything," turning the studio into a sea of laughter.
Now parents of two children, the couple announced that their twins reached 100 days, and, fitting MZ newlyweds, they said they prepared 'Dubai jjondeuk cookie' as a return gift instead of the traditional rice cake. Faced with the unfamiliar name, Kim Sook asked, "Is it something that splits into two?" which once again provoked roaring laughter on site.
They candidly revealed the hardships of being a 'couple YouTuber' hidden behind glamorous popularity. When Joo Woo-jae asked whether they had ever fought while shooting content together, Son Minsu confessed, "Actually there are many difficulties. When you're just dating there's nothing to fight about. When you work together there are so many things to argue about," conveying the realistic difficulty of balancing work and love.
