Singer Rain delivered good news just over a week after apologizing for encouraging a hearing-impaired fan to respond at his concert in Taiwan.
ENA's new variety show "Crazy Tour," which premieres on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 7:50 p.m., released its first teaser video, foreshadowing a journey completely different from existing travel shows.
ENA's "Crazy Tour" is the craziest travel variety show on Earth, in which four people starving for dopamine and thrills — Rain (Jung Jihoon) X Kim Moo Yul X Pani Bottle X Lee Seunghun (WINNER) — set off to find "crazy" challenges hidden around the world. Instead of sightseeing and healing, the journey is characterized by adventures that explode with catharsis.
The first teaser video released today (29th) captures attention with an intense tour that stimulates dopamine from the start. Scenes ranging from crazy naval battles to hand-to-hand combat and aerial combat follow breathlessly, signaling that this journey is a challenge beyond a simple experiential variety show. Courses that are not easily attempted, such as helicopter herding, oil wrestling, crane bungee and hot-air-balloon skydiving, appear one after another, unfolding the trip itself like an extreme mission.
The teaser video also clearly reveals each cast member's character. True to her nickname "Dopamine Bottle," Pani Bottle opens the journey with the most honest reactions in extreme situations. Saying, "This is really too scary? I've never felt this way," she signals the official start of the crazy tour.
Appearing as the "man crazy about exercise," Rain anchors the team as the eldest member. With a firm line like, "No time to exercise? That's all lies," he leads the challenge with an attitude that never hesitates in any situation. He also expresses confidence in both stamina and mukbang with the remark, "Trust me when it comes to food."
Kim Moo Yul displays unexpectedly charming twists that belie the fact that this is his first variety show challenge. At Rain's "Now, it's the town" line he emits "Umm-mae," and after Pani Bottle's "I'll wash quickly" line he responds with "Quick Pani Pani," filling the scene with laughter. With a restrained, straightforward sense of humor, he adds a different kind of fun to the crazy journey.
Youngest-on-top Lee Seunghun appears as a "booby trap"-like presence recognized by Jung Jihoon. He is an MZ crazy character who surprises his older brothers with filterless questions and immediate reactions. With unpredictable questions and witty reactions toward the older members, such as "What about the talkative guy(?)?" and "Did you feel liberated about parenting?", he instantly ramps up the craziness. While flexibly responding to the older members' choices, he also leads the flow to raise both the pace and temperature of the trip.
Interest is focused on what choices the four people with different charms will make in crazy situations and what chemistry will be formed in the process. A spin-off expanded from "World Dice Tour," "Crazy Tour," which set off to find dopamine around the world, premieres on ENA on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 7:50 p.m.
