My Grumpy Secretary (hereafter "My Grumpy Secretary") airs this Friday at 11:10 p.m. on SBS, and the "trustworthy actor" Park Shin-hye appears as "my star".
Park Shin-hye, who has been loved since her child actor days for her solid acting skills and cheeky charm, plays Hong Geum-bo, an elite securities regulator who disguises herself as a 20-year-old entry-level employee to get a job, in tvN's new Saturday-Sunday drama Undercover Miss Hong, showing a different kind of charm.
On the day, My Grumpy Secretary will join a photo shoot schedule to promote the drama. Park Shin-hye has continued ties with Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu through past variety shows and dramas, and especially Lee Seo-jin boasts a special friendship, calling Park Shin-hye "a junior who treats him roughly."
In previously released footage, Park Shin-hye and My Grumpy Secretary were seen teasing each other without reserve, predicting a "real friend chemistry" that transcends the age gap. However, during the photo shoot, when Park Shin-hye suddenly showed a decline in condition, Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu not only took her temperature and gave her medicine but also accompanied her to the hospital, presenting My Grumpy Secretary's first instance of caring for someone who is ill.
Lee Seo-jin left the remark "I think she has a slave mentality," arousing curiosity about the change of someone who was known as "a born gentleman" and "the epitome of grumpiness."
