'Brave Detective4' pursues the truth behind a family murder that took place at a natural recreation forest.
The 69th episode of T-cast E Channel's 'Brave Detective4' (directed by Lee Ji-seon), scheduled to air on the 30th, features former police superintendent Yoon Oe-chul of the scientific investigation unit (KCSI) and police inspector Kim Jin Soo, who disclose the investigation log. This episode also features entertainer Um Ji-yoon as a guest.
In the broadcast, a mysterious fire that occurred at a local natural recreation forest is revealed. The incident began when the manager reported to the police, saying, "Two bungalows burned down overnight." Tension heightened when it was confirmed that there had been guests staying in the two burned bungalows. A passenger car parked between the two bungalows was also burned down to the chassis.
Four bodies were found at the scene, all burned to the point where only bones remained. According to the manager, the only person who came looking for the bungalow keys the previous day was a single 40s male who had made the reservation. The owner of the burned vehicle was confirmed to be the reserver's wife, and detectives launched an urgent investigation when they suspected the deceased were a family.
Through DNA analysis, three of the four bodies were confirmed to be from the same family, but the identity of the remaining body was unknown. As evidence of the suspect's various crimes such as murder, arson and fraud emerged, Ahn Jung-hwan said, "What is their true identity?" and could not hide his shock.
