Actor Kim Hye Jun has confirmed her grants in "My Favorite's Employee."
tvN's new drama "My Favorite's Employee" (written by Lee Young, Kim Ji-an/director Park Ji-hyun/produced by Studio Dragon, Studio N, NPQ) is an office coming-of-age romance drama about a new employee, Nam Da-reum, who becomes "her favorite's employee" while trying to meet her favorite, and is based on the popular Naver webtoon "My brother is an idol."
In the drama, Kim Hye Jun plays Nam Da-reum, who enters her favorite's company with the dream of achieving her ideal. As an 11-year passionate fan who has only focused on the idol D.N.X, she is so devoted to fandom that she even gave up a coveted position at a large company to join the firm where her favorite, E-Chan (played by Cha Woomin), serves as an executive.
Kim Hye Jun will transform into Nam Da-reum, a new employee at the fashion start - up "Apello," led by CEO Kang Gi (played by Kang Hoon). She struggles to become someone special by E-Chan's side, but unintentionally becomes entangled with both men, promising a variety of entertaining moments.
So far, Kim Hye Jun has shown diverse acting variations across genres in films such as "Minority", "Metamorphosis" and "Sinkhole," and in dramas including "Inspector Koo", "Connect" and "A Shop for Killers," asserting her presence as an actor.
In particular, in the recent Netflix series "Cashero," she played the brave and smart character Min Sook, delivering a life-grounded performance, and was praised for her capable, reliable "powerful" presence as the brain of the team.
