Group NOWZ (Nowz) will make its official debut in Japan.
Nowz (Hyunbin, Yoon, Yeonwoo, Jinhyuk, Siyoon) will release their first Japanese EP NOWZ, featuring a total of five diverse tracks, on March 4.
The group's first Japanese EP will feature the title track AMMO (feat. YRD Leo), which raises expectations with a feature from Japan's well-known rapper YRD Leo, as well as Japanese versions of HomeRUN, GET BUCK, and Ireum Jitji Anheun Sesange from last year's third single, and Jayuroupge Nara from their first mini album IGNITION, offering a different charm from the original songs.
The album's title track AMMO (feat. YRD Leo) is an intense, dramatic hip-hop track. YRD Leo, who collaborated with Nowz, is a rapper gaining attention in Japan for his emotional lyrics and distinctive tone; his 2021 release Bye became a topic on social media.
Nowz will also hold events to commemorate the release of their first Japanese EP. Nowz will hold mini live performances and special events at Tower Records Shibuya on March 5 and 6, and will visit LaLaport Tokyo-Bay on March 7 and 8 to interact with fans.
Nowz has been drawing attention as a next-generation boy group after being named Billboard's K-pop rookies of the month in October last year and having the title track EVERGLOW from their first mini album IGNITION selected by Billboard staff as one of the best K-pop of 2025.
