Actor Yu Su-bin will appear in Perfect Crown.
The MBC new Friday-Saturday drama Perfect Crown, in which Yu Su-bin appears (written by Yoo Ji-won / directed by Park Jun-hwa, Bae Hee-young / planning by Kang Dae-seon / produced by MBC, Kakao Entertainment), is a drama set in a 21st-century constitutional monarchy Korea that depicts a fate-pioneering, class-breaking romance about a woman who is an annoying chaebol because her social status is merely a "commoner" despite having everything, and a man who is the king's son but is sad because he can have nothing.
After IU, Byeon Woo-seok, Noh Sang Hyun and Gong Seung-yeon previously confirmed their appearances, Yu Su-bin confirmed her appearance, completing a solid lineup and promising an unprecedented level of acting synergy.
Yu Su-bin is set to give a passionate performance playing Choi Hyun, the chief of staff to Grand Prince Ian (played by Byeon Woo-seok). Choi Hyun is a loyal character who would do anything for Grand Prince Ian. Inside the palace he serves Grand Prince Ian with great respect, but outside the palace he treats him without reserve, showing an unusual bromance chemistry that is expected to heighten the drama's entertainment.
Yu Su-bin previously appeared in Crash Landing on You, Start - Up, D.P. season 2, Transaction, Weak Hero Class 1, 2, Tastefully Yours and others, leaving a strong impact in each work based on solid acting skills. As a result, the first broadcast of Perfect Crown, which will reveal what kind of Choi Hyun Yu Su-bin will portray, is even more anticipated.
