The group CORTIS has remained on the U.S. Billboard charts for 20 consecutive weeks.
According to the latest chart (Jan. 31) released by U.S. music outlet Billboard on the 27th, CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhun, Sunghyun, Geonho)'s debut album "COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES" ranked 26th and 20th on the "Top Album Sales" and "Top Current Album Sales," which track physical album sales in the U.S., respectively. It ranked sixth on the "World Albums" chart.
The album's "long-running popularity" on the Billboard charts supports the fact that new fandom is continuously flowing in from the U.S. In addition, according to Weverse Shop, the United States ranks among the top countries/regions in cumulative sales of "COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES." It is rare for a K-pop rookie group to build such a solid fan base in the U.S. in such a short period.
U.S. sports and film circles have also taken notice of CORTIS. They were recently selected as "Friends of the NBA" and are leading efforts to promote the National Basketball Association (NBA). On Feb. 12, they have been invited as headliners for the "NBA Crossover concert series" at the Los Angeles Convention Center. They are the first Korean artists to perform on that stage.
CORTIS will sing the insert song "Mention Me" for the animation "GOAT," which is considered one of 2026's most anticipated works. The song will be released at 2 p.m. on Feb. 13. "GOAT" is a new film from major Hollywood studio Sony Pictures Animation, produced by the team behind "K-pop Demon Hunters." In addition, NBA star Stephen Curry is participating as a producer, raising expectations.
