Singer and actress Nana's first full-length album–based global promotion was successfully completed, leaving a meaningful mark.
The "Aria Global Remix Contest," held based on songs from Nana's first solo album Seventh Heaven 16, was completed on a global scale with participation from DJs, songwriters and producers around the world. In this contest, the album's title track "GOD" as well as the album tracks "Daylight" and "Sangcheo" were reinterpreted in each participant's style, drawing the attention of global music fans.
More than 200 creators participated in remixing Nana's solo album for this contest, and a total of 171 remix works were submitted, receiving a heated response. The final winner was selected through a combination of community voting and professional judging, and prize money was awarded to those who placed in the final rankings.
Nana said the contest was a very honorable and special experience to watch the album's songs be reborn through new remixes, and she added that the contest became even more special thanks to the creators' creativity and passion.
This global remix promotion provided an opportunity for Nana's music to expand across borders into various genres and sensibilities, and it also proved the possibility of collaboration with global creators.
Meanwhile, Nana continues active work as an actress alongside her music activities. She will play Hwang Jeong-won, a character who secretly moves beside Bang Tae-seop to provide information in JiniTV original "Climax," scheduled to air in the first half of next year, serving as a key character who holds the key to a Pandora's box that exposes the bare face of the power cartel, with a densely woven narrative
