Former baseball player Hwang Jae-gyun was revealed to have once pursued Bae Ji-hyun, the wife of his close baseball friend Ryu Hyun-jin.
On the 26th, the YouTube channel Zzanbro Shin Dong-yeob released an episode titled I pretended to be silent featuring Culinary Class Wars 2's Choi Kang-rok, Yoon Na-ra, and Choi Yu-gang.

In response, Hwang Jae-gyun protested, "Why aren't you afraid of me?" and Ryu Hyun-jin replied sharply, "Because you're just a XX." Then Hwang Jae-gyun protested, "No, I gave that XX three homers. Last year," sounding aggrieved.
Ryu Hyun-jin added, "It was complacency. Whenever Hwang Jae-gyun comes up, okay, thanks!" which drew laughter.
Former sports announcer Bae Ji-hyun was asked, "Didn't you get a lot of advances from players before marriage?" Hwang Jae-gyun and Son Ah-seop responded with "honestly," eager to hear the answer.
Bae Ji-hyun pointed at Hwang Jae-gyun and said, "Honestly, didn't you contact me too?" and Ryu Hyun-jin, surprised enough to drop his chopsticks, asked, "What did you say?"
Bae Ji-hyun referred to the time by saying, "I thought Bae Ji-hyun was so pretty," and embarrassed Hwang Jae-gyun hurriedly cut in, "I remember, but be quiet, my friend." Ryu Hyun-jin, surprised, said, "I found out after eight years," but then raised his glass and shouted "Cheers."
Hwang Jae-gyun retired last year. Since then he has appeared on variety shows such as KBS 2TV's Immortal Songs and MBC's Omniscient Interfering View, drawing attention. On the April 24 episode of Omniscient Interfering View, a preview of Hwang Jae-gyun's segment aired, and he confessed about his retirement, "I do feel regret. Everyone around me tried to stop me. They told me to think it over. Still, I thought it would be meaningless if I wasn't satisfied."
