'growth-type all-rounder' group POW raised anticipation for their comeback by releasing the music video teaser for the winter mood–filled single album title track 'Come True.'
POW (POW, Yochi Hyunbin Jeongbin Dongyeon Hong) released the music video teaser for the title track of their single album COME TRUE, the eponymous 'Come True (컴 트루),' through their official SNS on the 26th.
The released teaser features a tone-and-mood space that evokes winter's white snow, with members dressed in sky-blue outfits appearing in lively scenes that capture attention. In a soft and refreshing atmosphere, the members' natural chemistry blends together, heightening curiosity about the emotions and melody the new song will carry.
POW continued to build comeback momentum by sequentially releasing concept photo series and a sound sampler ahead of the single album COME TRUE, due on the 28th. Under the theme 'Imaginary Scenario,' the concept photos showcased a variety of visual variations that drew attention, from white fur-style outfits full of winter mood to a winter sports concept mixing white and blue colors, and cozy pastel-toned styling.
The title track 'Come True' samples m-flo's signature 2001 release 'Come Again,' and its completion was enhanced by production participation from Taku Takahashi, a member of and producer for m-flo. In addition, Shin On-yu, the vocalist of the band ShinInryu, participated as a featured artist, adding a different emotional layer from the original. The song delivers a message of excitement and courage ahead of a new beginning and is expected to offer warm consolation to those hesitating before challenge and change. 'Just Go,' included on the release, is Yochi's third self-composed song and contains a vow to keep moving forward without giving up, aligning with POW's growth narrative.
Having captured listeners' hearts last year with a relentless pace described as 'four comebacks in one year,' POW confirmed a comeback for January this year, signaling performances comparable to last year. Attention is focused on what resonance POW's new song, imbued with winter sentiment, and their further expanded musical palette will create in this year's music scene.
