Comedian couple No. 23 Ha Junsu and An Gayon are becoming parents.
On the 27th, OSEN reported that Ha Junsu's wife, An Gayon, is currently pregnant and is expected to give birth in July. The fetus's sex was confirmed to be a daughter.
In a video released on the YouTube channel "Turkeys on the Block" in July 2021, Ha Junsu and An Gayon showed affection, including kissing during filming, and they said both sets of parents had completed the formal meeting, indicating their wedding was not far off. At the time, Ha Junsu was gaining attention as an entertainment rookie on shows such as "Comedy Big League" and "Hangout With Yoo," and An Gayon attracted attention as a comedienne and webtoon artist by presenting "A Life of Living Alone."
Although it was the birth of a hot comedian couple, everything took a turn when an ex-lover, a person surnamed A, who claimed Ha Junsu had an affair, appeared. The person surnamed A said she dated, lived with and promised marriage to Ha Junsu from Dec. 12, 2010, for eight years, and accused Ha Junsu of having an affair with An Gayon before breaking up with her. In response, Ha Junsu said, "I acknowledge that there were things that could have hurt the writer. But the claim that I did not apologize is by no means true."
As the affair controversy erupted, Ha Junsu and An Gayon's broadcasting activities were blocked. Their social accounts were switched to private, and their YouTube activities stopped. Their wedding, scheduled for 2022, had to be postponed, and they quietly held a wedding on Oct. 12 last year to become husband and wife.
A new life has come to Ha Junsu and An Gayon, who made a new start as a married couple. An Gayon is currently pregnant and is expected to give birth to a daughter in July. Regarding this, Ha Junsu told OSEN by phone, "I am so grateful, and it is a blessing," offering a brief comment.
Meanwhile, Ha Junsu debuted in 2014 on tvN's "Comedy Big League" and earned the nickname "Hakasoo" for his outstanding caricature skills on shows such as MBC's "Hangout With Yoo" in 2021.
An Gayon debuted in 2013 through tvN's "Comedy Big League" and was active in corners such as "Bak Hyeokgeose," "School Legend," "Ode to My Father 7080," "Ridiculous Comedy," "My Mother," "Aida," "Panty House," "Odongnamu Enter," "Super Cha Couple in Joseon" and "Devilish Interference Point of View." Recently, she worked as a writer for Coupang Play's "SNL Korea."
