Actor Oh Yoon-ah calmly shared the hardships of the past and hopes for the future as her son Min, who has an intellectual disability, graduated from high school.
On the 25th, a video titled "Graduation celebration at Milal School, a special school for developmental disabilities" was released on the YouTube channel 'Oh!Yoon-ah.' The video captured Min's daily life from the morning of his graduation ceremony onward, conveying realistic moments exactly as they were.
Because the schedule started early, Min fell into a deep sleep in the car and was barely guided to the graduation hall by his grandmother. Wearing his mortarboard, his struggle against sleep throughout the event drew small smiles amid the excitement of the graduation.
Watching this, Oh Yoon-ah became sentimental as she recalled Min's childhood. She said, "When he was in elementary school, he even bit children he didn't know," and honestly noted, "The parenting process was never easy." Her candid and calm recounting of those difficult times was striking.
Especially, behind-the-scenes footage from the filming of the variety show Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant, in which she appeared in the past, was also revealed and drew attention.
