ALPHA DRIVE ONE (Rio, Junseo, Arno, Geonwoo, Sangwon, Xinlong, Anshin, Sanghyun) took the top spot on MBC's Show! Music Core on the 24th with the title track "FREAK ALARM" from their mini 1st album and debut album "EUPHORIA." With this win, ALPHA DRIVE ONE claimed first place on Show! Champion and MUSIC BANK as well, securing three music show wins.
On the "FREAK ALARM" stage, ALPHA DRIVE ONE filled the performance with not only high-energy choreography but also expressive facial acting that showcased each member's individual charm. They delivered a stable performance that belied their second week since debut, cementing their presence as next-generation global K-pop contenders.
After winning first place that day, ALPHA DRIVE ONE expressed gratitude to fans: "ALLYZ (the fandom name), we love you. We are so grateful to receive our third award." They added a sincere remark: "We will work harder every day to become a proud ALPHA DRIVE ONE and a proud artist for ALLYZ."
ALPHA DRIVE ONE has recorded consecutive first-place wins on music shows to achieve a three-show sweep, creating a clear momentum of success from immediately after their debut. Riding a streak of music show trophies with their debut album "EUPHORIA," they are establishing themselves as the most notable rookie group in the 2026 global K-pop market.
They are also receiving strong responses on major Japanese charts. ALPHA DRIVE ONE rose to No. 2 on the Oricon weekly streaming rising ranking (Jan. 12–18), then reached No. 4 on the Billboard Japan Download Albums chart and secured a top-10 position on the Billboard Japan hot album chart, demonstrating a powerful presence on global charts from debut and rapidly expanding their footprint in the global K-pop market.
Meanwhile, ALPHA DRIVE ONE is scheduled to continue their debut promotions today (the 25th) on SBS' Inkigayo.
