Actor Jeon Jong-seo spoke about her father.
On the 24th, the YouTube channel 'Yoonjure' posted a video titled "The day I toured Jong-seo's house, saw four dogs and watched EXchange / Transit Love."
In the released video, Jang Yoon-joo visited her close friend Jeon Jong-seo's newly decorated home, and Jeon Jong-seo explained the history of the house.
Jeon Jong-seo said, "This house was where my parents and I lived together, but my father began to have difficulty going up and down the stairs, and we decided it would not work. As my father began to suffer from a rare disease and we saw that, assistive devices started to be installed all over the house. My parents urgently moved to a place that was well equipped for wheelchair use."
She continued, "But my father's condition worsened a bit and he fought the illness there and passed away there. After that, my mother and I were left; my mother said she couldn't live there, so I took her to live with me for a while, but when she said it was hard without my father. She would say, 'I can't live with you. I'd rather live alone than live with you,'" she laughed.
She said, "I'm basically a night owl. The house where I briefly lived with my mother was completely separated, but after my father passed away, the mother I knew became a different woman. I felt for about two years that the mother who had my father by her side and the mother without my father were different. After some time passed, my mother was able to live again," she said, revealing she began to live alone.
She added, "So I said to my mother, 'I understand,' and came here. Looking back, I think I was happiest when I lived here. I decided I should just live here, so I ended up living here," and she revealed a wall full of memories with her parents, attracting attention.
Meanwhile, Jeon Jong-seo lost her father in February 2023 after he battled cerebellar atrophy. At the time, it was reported that her then partner, director Lee Chung-hyun, stayed by her side at the funeral.
