Kim Hee-eun chef drew global fandom attention through recent broadcasts by showing eye-catching delicate plating and unwavering skills.
Chef Yoon Dae-hyun is also the owner chef who has led the Michelin Guide Seoul one-star restaurant Soul Dining. He has been recognized by critics for his original dishes that add a modern touch to Korean ingredients, and he combined planning ability and sensibility, for example getting the fresh pasta specialty restaurant Egg & Flower listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand.
