Mnet 'M Countdown' experienced an accident during its live broadcast in which part of the stage collapsed.
On the 22nd edition of M Countdown, Identity was performing their new song 'Pretty Boy Swag' when a portion of the stage floor gave way.
In response, M Countdown halted the stage and broadcast music videos of the performing artists.
Regarding this, the production team said, "During the live broadcast it was confirmed that the stage floor LED was misaligned, so we immediately stopped the performance and conducted an emergency inspection, prioritizing artist safety."
They added, "We quickly completed stage repairs, and after consulting with the artists and confirming safety, the broadcast resumed normally, including a re-performance."
Finally, they said, "We deeply apologize for causing concern to the artists, fans who came to the venue, and viewers because of this incident. We will do our best to create a safe production environment through more thorough pre-inspections in the future."
