Actors Go Youn-jung and Jung Haein appear on "Manitto Club."
On Feb. 22, a representative for MBC's new variety show "Manitto Club" told OSEN, "Actors Go Youn-jung and Jung Haein will appear as guests on 'Manitto Club.' The recording has finished, and the broadcast date is undecided."
"Manitto Club" is an undercover gift variety show with the concept of a gathering of people who know how to share one thing into two. Cast members are randomly assigned manitto relationships and aim to deliver gifts while keeping their identities hidden until the end.
Earlier, the first lineup of "Manitto Club" included Blackpink's Jennie, YouTuber Dex, former mixed martial artist Choo Sung Hoon, broadcaster Ro Hong-chul, and comedian Lee Suji, generating anticipation. To that lineup, Go Youn-jung and Jung Haein have been added as new cast members. The glamorous casting lineup has drawn even more attention.
In particular, "Manitto Club" is attracting attention as a variety show produced by TEO, the production company founded by PD Kim Tae-ho. Go Youn-jung previously connected with PD Na Young-seok of the production company Eggiscoming through "Resident Playbook." Go Youn-jung's move to work with the two star PDs heightened expectations.
"Manitto Club" is scheduled to premiere on Sunday, Feb. 1, at 6:10 p.m.
