That day Kim Yeon-kyeong asked, "You got married, right? Are you doing well?" Kim Yuna answered, "We're living peacefully and well," and Kim Yeon-kyeong mentioned her husband Ko Woo-Rim and said, "How long has it been since he was discharged from the military?" thinking aloud.
Kim Yuna said, "He was discharged in May, so it's been just over six months. Time flies so quickly you hardly notice. Then he returns to daily life and resumes his activities quickly," she said. At this point Kim Yeon-kyeong said, "Didn't you wait well while he was in the military?" and Kim Yuna laughed, "You have to wait. He's legally tied up."
In particular, she said, "Since we were already married, saying I would wait until we separate is funny because we could still see each other sometimes, so it felt like spending time apart for a bit. It felt like dating."
Then Kim Yeon-kyeong asked about their newlywed life, and Kim Yuna said, "Neither of us is the type to do anything particularly special, so we leisurely eat meals, drink coffee, and visit good restaurants to eat delicious food," saying they were spending ordinary days.
Meanwhile, Kim Yuna married Ko Woo-Rim, a member of Forestella who is five years her junior, in 2022 after three years of dating. Ko Woo-Rim then enlisted in November 2023 and was honorably discharged this past May.<
