KickFlip made special memories with abundant content commemorating its first anniversary ahead of its fan concert tour performance.
KickFlip officially debuted on Jan. 20, 2025, with its first mini album Flip it, Kick it! and the title track Mama Said (뭐가 되려고?). Last May, it released its second mini album Kick Out, Flip Now!, and in September it released its third mini album My First Flip; having participated directly in the songwriting for all three records, the group achieved several accomplishments such as a first-place win on terrestrial music shows and rookie awards at music award ceremonies, showcasing its presence as a K-pop super rookie.
To mark its first anniversary, KickFlip posted various commemorative content on the group's official social media channels on the 20th. At midnight that day it released a congratulatory image and the video 1 year ago KickFlip, now KickFlip | KickFlip debut 1st anniversary, which looks back at growth by comparing themselves to one year earlier. At 1:20 p.m., it showed an image of a handwritten letter containing messages the group wanted to send to the fans who have given them great love and support, expressing gratitude to WeFlip (the fandom name).
At 6 p.m., it released the digital single From KickFlip, To WeFlip, which includes unit songs Hyper Slide (Sung by 계훈, 동화, 민제, 케이주) and Good Night (Sung by 주왕, 동현). The two new songs, which list members in the lyric and composition credits, drew a response with their vibrant energy and sweet vocal charm. It also raised fans' excitement by releasing short-form videos of the debut song Mama Said (뭐가 되려고?) choreography, a three-cut frame video that paid homage to their early debut, and videos capturing the first fan concert, and it capped the meaningful day with an online live at 9 p.m.
KickFlip opened the fan concert tour 2026 KickFlip FAN-CON < From KickFlip, To WeFlip > at Blue Square SOL Travel Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on the 17th–18th. The fan concert tour, which runs for a total of 12 shows across five cities nationwide, saw the Gwangju, Cheongju and Daegu performances sell out all seats for all shows, reflecting fans' interest. On the 24th at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., the tour continues at Dream Theater in Nam-gu, Busan, where they will join fans.
