'Dad and I season 3' world-renowned popera tenor Im Hyung-ju revealed a sprawling 442-pyeong mansion located in the heart of Seoul.
The episode of TV CHOSUN 'Dad and I season 3' that aired on the afternoon of the 21st captured Im Hyung-ju, a 'popera master' who is embroiled in conflict with his mother.
Along with Im Hyung-ju's daily life, the interior of the four-story mansion he built himself was revealed for the first time. Boasting a vast 442-pyeong lot that is hard to believe is in the middle of Seoul, the house is located on the 'luckiest of lucky sites' where three mountains meet, immediately stealing the cast's attention from the start.
MC Jun Hyun-moo, who had been watching Im Hyung-ju's house, couldn't keep his mouth shut. When the enormous parking area and the 'popera-only theater' located on the first floor of the house were revealed, Jun Hyun-moo exclaimed, "What is this?" in shock. He then said, "Is this really your house? Ah, you're rich!" delivering a blunt remark tinged with envy that turned the scene into a sea of laughter.
This episode also revealed the special relationship with the mother who raised Im Hyung-ju into a world-class tenor. Im Hyung-ju described his mother as "a charismatic and loyal strong woman," noting that she has been his business partner overseeing all of his album production and performance planning for the past 29 years.
