On that day Park Jihoon reflected on his school days prompted by the filming of the drama Weak Hero. He said, "The appearance of school life in the drama and my real self were very different," and admitted, "Actually, I didn't have many friends."
He went on, "I come from Masan, so my dialect was very strong and my way of speaking was rough. I was also on the chubby side," and recalled, "When I said I was going to be on TV, some friends would say things like, 'She's fat, and if you befriend her your speech will become like that.'" He honestly said, "I wondered if my way of speaking made friends avoid me."
At the time, Park Jihoon's greatest pleasure was PC bangs. He said, "Going to the PC bang was the joy of my life," and added, "It wasn't until after middle school that I met good friends."
