BTS member Jimin topped the individual idol brand reputation ranking for January ahead of a full-group comeback.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute extracted 160,367,806 pieces of individual idol brand big data for 1,730 idols from Dec. 22, 2025, to Jan. 22, 2026, for big data analysis of individual idol brand reputation, and measured consumers' participation index, media index, communication index and community index for individual idol brands to analyze the brand reputation index. Compared with 154,132,208 pieces of individual idol brand big data in December, it increased by 4.05%.
The top 30 individual idol brand reputation rankings for January 2026 were analyzed in the following order: BTS Jimin, Blackpink Jennie, IVE Jang Wonyoung, BTS Jungkook, BTS V, BTS Jin, aespa Winter, Blackpink Rosé, Blackpink Jisoo, Blackpink Lisa, aespa Karina, IVE An Yujin, Big Bang G-Dragon, BTS J-Hope, Girls' Generation YoonA, Red Velvet Irene, Girls' Generation Taeyeon, EXO Baekhyun, Red Velvet Joy, Girls' Generation Sooyoung, IVE Ray, ASTRO Cha Eunwoo, Red Velvet Seulgi, TWICE Nayeon, Red Velvet Wendy, TWICE Momo, SEVENTEEN Hoshi, TWICE Sana, IVE Gaeul, BTS Suga.
BTS member Jimin, who ranked first in individual idol brand reputation, had a participation index of 195,876, a media index of 376,856, a communication index of 3,736,419 and a community index of 4,471,812, resulting in a brand reputation index of 8,780,962. Compared with the brand reputation index of 6,957,990 in December, this was a 26.20% increase.
In second place, Blackpink member Jennie's brand recorded a participation index of 445,374, a media index of 595,358, a communication index of 3,080,296 and a community index of 3,891,697, resulting in a brand reputation index of 8,012,724. Compared with the brand reputation index of 5,256,375 in December, this is a 52.44% increase.
In third place, IVE member Jang Wonyoung's brand recorded a participation index of 750,356, a media index of 825,262, a communication index of 3,816,135 and a community index of 2,273,935, resulting in a brand reputation index of 7,665,688. Compared with the brand reputation index of 6,091,944 in December, this showed a 25.83% increase.
In fourth place, BTS member Jungkook's brand recorded a participation index of 158,380, a media index of 325,045, a communication index of 2,692,161 and a community index of 4,479,537, resulting in a brand reputation index of 7,655,123. Compared with the brand reputation index of 6,401,843 in December, this was a 19.58% increase.
In fifth place, BTS member V's brand recorded a participation index of 155,372, a media index of 319,255, a communication index of 2,936,349 and a community index of 3,346,322, resulting in a brand reputation index of 6,757,299. Compared with the brand reputation index of 2,628,446 in December, this was a 157.08% increase.
