On the 20th, episode 6 of the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama Spring Fever aired, featuring a scene where Song Gain's ardent fan appears that captured viewers' attention.
In the drama, Yun Bom (Lee Joo-been) set out to find the victim herself to resolve the situation after Seon Jae-gyu (Ahn Bo-hyun) was held in a detention cell due to an unfair misunderstanding. Yun Bom visited a door lock shop run by a locksmith to plead leniency for Seon Jae-gyu, and there she discovered Song Gain posters and goods plastered throughout the shop.
Yun Bom said, "Boss, you seem to like Song Gain," and the locksmith said, "Who in Korea dislikes Song Gain? Today's concert sold out before you could even touch it," revealing his passionate fandom. In addition, Song Gain's fourth full-length album 'Gain;dal' track "Why me" was used as background music, further enhancing immersion.
Yun Bom joked, "I'm someone who knows Song Gain. I'm very close to someone who is very close to Song Gain," and ultimately called her estranged mother Jeong Nan-hee (Na Young-hee) to ask for Song Gain concert tickets, adding a touching moment.
After attending the Song Gain concert, the locksmith appeared beaming and proudly showed off a signed poster he had received directly from Song Gain. The poster bore the phrase, "Please get many (customers). Shinsu key~ From Song Gain," which added wit and warmth. Even in a brief scene, Song Gain's name and music enhanced the drama's atmosphere and proved her presence befitting the "trot empress."
Meanwhile, Song Gain will continue her global activities by holding concerts "Gaindal The Chaoreuda" at Pechanga Theater in Los Angeles on Feb. 14 and 15.
