ENHYPEN is staging a variety of global events to immerse ENGENE (the fandom name) in the new record's narrative.
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Ni-ki) on the 19th and 20th announced the fan event "VAMPIRE IS COMING" through the global superfan platform Weverse.
"VAMPIRE IS COMING" is a special interactive event to watch the chapter videos of mini album 7 "THE SIN : VANISH" and discuss stories related to ENHYPEN. Fans can enjoy the four chapter videos that received praise for densely depicting the emotional line of the new album's keyword "fugitive vampire" ("No Way Back", "Big Girls Don't Cry", "Stealer", "Knife"). This event will meet about 1,000 ENGENE in Seoul on the 30th and then be held in three Asian cities including Hong Kong (31st) and Tokyo (Feb. 14).
The increasingly expanding promotion scale stands out. Previously, ENHYPEN held a "concept cinema" viewing event featuring each album's theme; after debuting it in Seoul (full album 2 "ROMANCE : UNTOLD") and, thanks to fans' support, expanding to Seoul and Tokyo (mini album 6 "DESIRE : UNLEASH"), they have grown the scale. For "THE SIN : VANISH," they plan to further broaden points of contact with fans and reveal their true colors as an "immersive storyteller."
A pop-up to commemorate the release of mini album 7 will also be set up in four Asian cities. "ENHYPEN 'THE SIN : VANISH' POP-UP STORE" will tour major cities starting with Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam in Seoul, which will operate from the 21st to the 27th, then Beijing Chaoyang JoyCity, Shanghai Times Square, and Tower Records Shibuya in Tokyo.
At the pop-up, visitors can find ENHYPEN's physical albums and official merchandise, and various experience zones will be arranged where visitors can directly feel the concept of "THE SIN : VANISH" with all five senses. "THE SIN : VANISH" tells the story of lovers who break taboos and flee for love in a world where humans and vampires coexist. The title track "Knife" expresses the two lovers' confidence to stand up and fight against any threat. The song's addictive melody and ENHYPEN's sharp synchronized choreography deliver an exhilarating thrill and have been receiving responses on global music charts.
