Lee Sung-kyoung and Chae Jong Hyeop, standing in different seasons, meet again after seven years.
MBC's new Fri-Sat drama In Your Radiant Season, scheduled to premiere on Feb. 20 at 9:50 p.m. (planned by Namgung Seong-woo, written by Jo Seong-hee, directed by Jeong Sang-hee and Kim Young-jae), depicts an unpredictable "radiant" romance in which the man "Chan," who lives every day like an exciting summer vacation, and the woman "Ran," who has locked herself in winter, meet as if by fate and awaken frozen time.
The released first poster features Song Ha-ran (Lee Sung-kyoung) and Sun Woo-chan (Chae Jong Hyeop) standing facing each other with the Jamsu Bridge in the background. Although they stand in the same place, the two attract attention by projecting completely different vibes.
Ha-ran, standing in the snow-covered winter, turns away from Chan's gaze with a cold expression, while Chan, standing under sunlight that filters through, looks at Ha-ran and wears a warm smile. Though in the same place, the contrast between the two standing in different emotions and times is sharply revealed.
Especially, the phrase added to the top of the poster, "Seven years ago, the woman who felt like a spring breeze appeared before me again," symbolically shows the gap in time between the two. Unlike Chan, who already recognized Ha-ran, Ha-ran's seemingly unaware gaze clearly shows the mismatched emotional temperatures between them, amplifying curiosity about the events they experienced seven years ago and the relationship that will be rekindled.
The production team of In Your Radiant Season said, "The Jamsu Bridge is an important location that reveals the emotions and times of the two characters simultaneously in the early part of the drama," and added, "Please watch how the meeting that began at the Jamsu Bridge will bring changes to the two people's relationship."
