The group NEWBEAT completed their first solo concert successfully.
NEWBEAT (Park Min-seok·Hong Min-seong·Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong·Choi Seo-hyun·Kim Tae-yang·Jo Yun-hoo·Kim Ri-woo) held their first solo concert Drop the NEWBEAT at YES24 Wonder Rock Hall in Seodaemun District, Seoul, on the 18th and met with fans. The show drew hot interest even before it began, selling out immediately after tickets opened.
That day NEWBEAT opened the show spectacularly with the title track Flip the Coin from their first full-length album. They followed with energetic stages including HICCUPS, LOUD, Unbelievable and Look So Good, heating up the venue.
In particular, NEWBEAT roamed the audience throughout the concert, making close eye contact with fans and showing exceptional fan affection and communication skills. In the cover medley section, selected by fans' votes, they reinterpreted RIIZE's Siren and Memories, ATEEZ's 미친 폼 and BOUNCY, and The Boyz's THRILL RIDE in their own colors to deliver an intense performance.
Above all, they gifted fans unforgettable moments by unveiling many unreleased new songs. Starting with the unit track TIC TOC featuring Park Min-seok·Hong Min-seong·Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong·Choi Seo-hyun, followed by the sentimental Someone Like You by Kim Tae-yang·Jo Yun-hoo·Kim Ri-woo, and KICK&SNARE, which highlighted the hip charm of Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong and Choi Seo-hyun, a variety of unit stages were presented. Toward the end of the show, they surprised the audience with another new song, "I'll come to get you," raising expectations for future activities.
Special stages that showcased each member's abilities continued. Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong displayed a distinctive vocal color with her solo Wonder, and Park Min-seok·Hong Min-seong·Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong·Kim Tae-yang proved perfect vocal harmony with a cover of Beautiful Things. They also live-streamed the encore on their official social media channels, sharing the vivid atmosphere with global fans who could not attend the venue.
At the end of the concert, an unexpected surprise video was shown, filling the hall with emotion. The video, screened during the closing remarks, included the members' fresh appearances from pre-debut auditions and heartfelt handwritten letters from their parents, bringing all members to tears. NEWBEAT said they were happy to share their long-dreamed first concert with fans and added that they would continue to grow as a team.
Having successfully completed their first solo concert, NEWBEAT is expected to continue active global activities in 2026. Riding the momentum of winning rookie awards, they plan to accelerate a worldwide push after achieving meaningful results such as six No. 1 rankings on Amazon Music in the U.S. and entering the YouTube Music top 100 with the mini-album title track Look So Good.
