Comedian Park Na-rae and her managers failed to reach an agreement; the reason was made public.

Iyinho said, "I have no intention whatsoever of defending Park Na-rae. There is not a single benefit I would gain by defending her." He added, "Park Na-rae clearly did wrong to the managers during the drinking incident, including towards an aunt who gives injections. Park Na-rae must take heavy responsibility and resolve this."
"Let's verify thoroughly to determine the facts," Manager A said regarding the rumor that managers were paid 3 million won a month, claiming that Manager A was promised 5 million won but only received 3 million won.
Manager A joined JDB Entertainment as a new employee at the end of March 2023 as a road manager. Around September 2024, Park Na-rae established the one-person company Anpark and moved there. As a result, Manager A's experience amounted to only one year and six months. When Park Na-rae brought Manager A to the one-person company, she gave him the title of director.
From September 2024, Manager A hired a junior road manager and a stylist. At that time, the salary was about 3.38 million won. This was treated as 3.3% business income. He claimed, "Park Na-rae said she would pay a monthly salary of 5 million won, but it was only 3.3 million won."

Regarding the controversy over non-enrollment in the four major social insurances, Manager A claimed, "I repeatedly requested enrollment in the four major insurances but was ignored by Park Na-rae." According to checks with the responsible tax firm, "We tried to induce payment as salary income with tax benefits, but Manager A wanted to be paid as 3.3% business income." Iyinho said, "Doing it this way would not benefit Park Na-rae's side at all."
Regarding the events that took place during the overnight 2 Days & 1 Night shoot on Nov. 8–9 last year, Manager A revealed, "While Park Na-rae was receiving hair and makeup at home, she acted entitled and irritated toward the managers, saying, 'Find a wine glass,' and 'Find the lighting.'"
Iyinho conveyed, "I heard the explanation from the hair salon owner who was there; it is true that Park Na-rae asked for a wine glass. But there were absolutely no coercive or humiliating remarks or swearing. They said they did not feel it was entitled behavior at all."
Regarding the "four-person meeting" said to have taken place in the early hours of Dec. 7–8 last year, Iyinho said, "Park Na-rae contacted Manager A. At the time Manager A was drinking with acquaintances but, after pondering Park Na-rae's proposal, met at Park Na-rae's home around 3 a.m. There were three people from Park Na-rae's side there. Immediately after the meeting, Park Na-rae and Manager A cried."
He said about the breakdown of negotiations, "I wanted practical discussions, but Park Na-rae spoke emotionally and the gap in positions widened, leading to the breakdown of talks. The meeting wrapped up around 6 a.m."

Iyinho said, "At that early-morning meeting, Park Na-rae and Manager A held each other and cried loudly for a long time." After reading the statement, Manager A said, "Why is unnie stepping down?", "Don't step down", "Don't leave 'I live alone.' I'll stop it", "I'll take care of 'Amazing Saturday' too", "Unnie don't step down".
Park Na-rae explained, "The afternoon after the early-morning meeting, a draft settlement was delivered from A's lawyer," adding, "However, the wording in the draft was very different in tone from the conversation we had the day before, and internally there was a reaction that 'the tone is completely different.'"
She explained that the draft settlement included wording to the effect that Park Na-rae would "acknowledge these claims as false and contrary to objective facts and fully withdraw them" regarding accusations of embezzlement, false reporting and attempted extortion that had been raised against her. Park Na-rae's side judged this to be a condition that was difficult to accept. Iyinho said, "He sent a message along the lines of 'what do you want besides money?'
