The group Forestella concluded its first concert of the new year in Daegu to great success.
Forestella (Bae Du-hoon, Kang Hyung-ho, Jo Min-gyu, Ko Woo-Rim) held the 2025-26 concert "THE LEGACY" at EXCO East Hall 4 in Daegu on the 17th and 18th.
"THE LEGACY" offers a different dimension of audiovisual experience from Forestella's previous performances with a grand worldview and direction under the "cinematic universe" theme that records and testifies to the history of humanity in song. After opening in Seoul last month, Forestella visited Daegu as their first concert site of the new year and delivered not only fantastic live performances befitting their reputation as a strong live act but also ear-pleasing moments on every stage with distinctive song selections.
In particular, Forestella debuted the live stage of the second pre-release single "Nella Notte" from their fourth full-length album "THE LEGACY," which will be released on the 19th. The majestic and delicate sound of symphonic orchestration combined with Forestella's warm sensibility produced a thrilling surge of emotion.
They raised anticipation for the fourth full-length album with heavenly harmonies on previously released album tracks such as "Son of the Moon," "My Favorite Things," "Bohemian Rhapsody," and "Nella Fantasia." Adding to that were original songs infused with Forestella's distinctive storytelling—"Save our lives," "UTOPIA," "Apocalypse," and "Snow Globe"—which increased immersion.
The full-stage performance of "Ttanttara Blues," unveiled for the first time at "THE LEGACY" concert, thrilled the audience with its dazzling, musical-like performance. In addition, a procession of Forestella-style legendary stages such as "Piano Man," "Viva La Vida," "Despacito," and "Lazenca, Save Us" delivered ecstasy.
Forestella will continue the 2025-26 solo concert "THE LEGACY" at BEXCO in Busan on Feb. 7 and 8. Ahead of that, at 6 p.m. on the 19th, the second pre-release single "Nella Notte" from Forestella's fourth full-length album "THE LEGACY" will be released on various online music sites.
