'Conceptual K-pop icon' group Billlie is returning as a full lineup.
Billlie (Siyun, Haerim, Tsuki, Munsua, Haram, Soohyun, Haruna) has announced the release of the pre-release single cloud palace ~ false awakening at 6 p.m. on Jan. 27, raising fans' expectations.
The first teaser content 'GRANT OF ADMITTANCE,' released today (19th) on the official social media ahead of the release, features a mysterious pavilion suspended in the air and clouds that catch the eye, while a short audio clip heightens curiosity about the album. It also maximized curiosity by showcasing a range of designs, including the 'Billie & Lovers' characters closely related to the album stories Billlie has developed so far and newly introduced characters appearing for the first time, leaving fans wondering what meanings they might hold.
In particular, this single is the next story of the collective soul and unconscious: chapter one, which included GingaMingaYo (the strange world) and is the pre-release single of the second chapter. Also, sharing the same title as the unreleased song cloud palace that was played at last November's fourth anniversary mini fan meeting, and given the immediate calls for an official release after it was shared, this single is expected to serve as a pre-release single that opens the door to the next album.
Billlie has grown its global influence by delivering overwhelming live performances on consecutive international stages in Japan, the United States, the Middle East and Spain.
