'Zootopia 2' has overtaken 'Inside Out 2' to become the highest-grossing Hollywood animated film of all time.
On Jan. 19, according to Box Office Mojo, the film 'Zootopia 2' surpassed $1.7 billion in global cumulative box office revenue (Hanwha approximately 2.346 trillion won).
This surpasses 'Inside Out 2's $1.69 billion. With this, 'Zootopia 2' has become the highest-grossing Hollywood animated film of all time.
At the same time, 'Zootopia 2' also entered the top nine of the world's highest-grossing films. Alan Bergman, co-chairman of Disney Entertainment, said the achievement was above all thanks to the passionate love of fans around the world. He said that Jared Bush, Byron Howard and everyone at Walt Disney Animation Studios are very proud to have created a work that connects deeply with global audiences.
