Kim Yeong-hee's mother said, "One day at about 1 a.m. I got a call. She asked, 'What did you feed the daughter today?' She said the child showed symptoms of indigestion. She said she was at the emergency room getting an IV. I had nothing to say. I couldn't sleep and tossed and turned, and the next day the granddaughter came. She was playing fine, but Yeong-hee again told me to take the granddaughter to the hospital. She said a gastroenteritis virus had spread at the kindergarten. I had done nothing wrong," she said, voicing her sense of injustice.
Kim Yeong-hee's mother said she was hurt that Kim Yeong-hee behaved as usual without saying she was sorry, but she could only endure it as much as she received money. Kim Yeong-hee said, "I wasn't sorry because the mountain is always there. You can go again. As someone who entrusts the child, I can't say much.
