'Imjjang TV' Im Seong-keun, recently hailed as the hottest chef, admitted to a history of drunk driving himself.

Im Seong-keun said, "You can slice the cucumber like this as a naengmyeon garnish. I learned how to slice cucumber at a naengmyeon shop. They use so much of it," revealing his secret for slicing cucumber.
Im Seong-keun mentioned memories of eobokjaengban, saying, "The dishes I've shown are really tasty. There are many things tastier than eobokjaengban. But when I started cooking as a child during hungry times, it was hard, yet food is something I can't forget."
After pouring the broth into the center of the eobokjaengban, Im Seong-keun shared the food with the production staff as is customary after cooking the recipe. Eobokjaengban is characterized by retained heat, so he placed the bowl on a burner.
A bottle of soju was also served. Im Seong-keun encouraged, "Producer, come and eat. Have a drink." The producer asked, "Chef, don't you have a drink? Why is there only one cup?" Im Seong-keun showed an unexpected side, saying, "I think it's been almost three weeks since I drank."
Im Seong-keun said, "The reason I started drinking a lot was waking up at 5 or 5:30, and because there was no city gas the briquette smell was sharp. With gomtang broth boiled all night, there's soju, right? It's having a drink after work," adding, "Now I've been a bit careful about drinking for about five to six years," saying he is currently refraining.
Im Seong-keun revealed the reason himself. He said, "Because I like drinking, I made mistakes," and added, "I drove under the influence about three times over ten years," and "You know how it is.
