'Biseojin' Lee Seo-jin exploded at Kim Kwang-kyu.
On the 16th broadcast of SBS entertainment show 'My Too Harsh Secretaries - Biseojin' (hereafter 'Biseojin'), Korea's living legend of popular music, superstar Nam Jin, appeared as "my star".
That day Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu attempted to be the pre-show MCs for Nam Jin's 60th anniversary concert. The two began rehearsing before the performance. Unlike Lee Seo-jin, who naturally delivered lines, the nervous Kim Kwang-kyu just stared intently at the script and could not speak.
Ultimately feeling frustrated, Lee Seo-jin proceeded solo, then criticized, "Shouldn't we do at least this much?" and left the spot.
In an interview Lee Seo-jin complained, "If it's the 15th time recording, shouldn't our hands and feet be in sync? I'm the only one babbling, he can't match the timing or come in, doesn't that make you irritated?" and added, "But he just says 'um' and doesn't come in," expressing his frustration.
Behind the stage, Lee Seo-jin said, "Why are you so nervous?" and Kim Kwang-kyu replied, "It's the 60th anniversary performance, so I'm nervous." Lee Seo-jin coldly evaluated, "You go in 'twinkle twinkle' like that. That kind of formal line won't work, hyung," and Kim Kwang-kyu conceded, saying, "Right," which drew laughs.
