according to legal sources, the Supreme Court on the 15th dismissed the appeal filed by B in the divorce lawsuit between A, who was embroiled in an affair allegation with Choi Jung-won, and her ex-husband B.
The Supreme Court explained, "We reviewed the trial court judgment and the grounds for appeal in full, but the claim regarding the grounds for appeal does not include the reasons under each subparagraph of Article 4(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Appellate Procedures or falls under the reasons in each subparagraph of paragraph 3." B was ordered to bear all appeal expenses.

In January 2023, Choi Jung-won was embroiled in a 'other man' lawsuit by B, the husband of a woman who had once been an acquaintance.
