On the 15th, the rookie boy group DAILY:DIRECTION team posted a teaser video on its official SNS account announcing that Kim Minsu will officially debut under the name EN KIM (En Kim), drawing intense attention from fans.
The released video begins with traffic lights turning on and signs moving noisily, and a sign reading "This way was M" appears on screen. Then, alongside a photo of EN KIM, the phrase "NOW IT'S EN KIM" is added, symbolically conveying the new stage name and direction.
Earlier, Kim Minsu gained recognition by advancing to the final of SM Entertainment's survival program "NCT Universe: LASTART," which selected members for the rookie boy group NCT WISH. At the time she was noted for encouraging and leading the team as its leader, but she unfortunately did not make the final debut.
Afterward, Kim Minsu prepared to debut with UNNAME, but the debut was canceled and she experienced two setbacks. Nevertheless, she did not give up on her dream and for about two years steadily honed her musical and performance skills while continuing to take on new challenges.
