Amid continuing anxiety and self-harm issues of the soon-to-be first-year middle schooler Geumjjok, the family relationship structure once again shocked viewers.

That night's broadcast revealed the older brother of Geumjjok, who had been living in a dormitory, returning home after a long absence. At the appearance of the so-called "perfect son" older brother, who excels in both academics and character, Geumjjok showed a smile mixed with excitement and embarrassment.
Upon hearing the older brother was visiting, the mother tried to prepare dinner, but Geumjjok asked her to stay with her and discouraged her from preparing the meal. In the end, the older brother prepared dinner.
At the table the older brother set, the family enjoyed a warm atmosphere for the first time in a while. Watching this, Dr. Oh Eun-young identified the emotions embedded in Geumjjok's behavior. She said, "The mother feels connected to her son even when they are apart, while she seems unable to fully feel that sense of connection with Geumjjok despite living together." She added, "Geumjjok may feel there is a difference in warmth between the way the mother treats the older brother and the way she treats her," and analyzed, "What Geumjjok ultimately wants is attention."
Later, a scene was shown of the older brother helping Geumjjok with her studies. Despite the older brother's somewhat stern corrections, Geumjjok smiled, and she responded to irritated remarks with laughter. The mother expressed surprise at the completely different attitude compared with when they were alone, saying, "She never gets angry at her older brother," and the studio was also shocked.
While doing the dishes, the older brother cautiously brought up Geumjjok's violent behavior with their mother and said, "Let's talk seriously," then went into Geumjjok's room. At the older brother's command, "Turn off your phone," Geumjjok responded immediately, and at the instruction, "Sit on the floor," she corrected her posture right away.
