Actor Byeon Wooseok once again warmed hearts by sending a congratulatory wreath to the wedding of his "first fan," who has supported him since his unknown days.
A post titled "Byeon Wooseok, even after becoming a top star, didn't forget. The reason he sent a wreath to his first fan's wedding" was recently uploaded to an online community. The wreath in the posted photo bore the inscription "To you who supported my firsts, I will sincerely support your firsts too. Congratulations," which drew attention.
The wreath was reportedly sent directly to the wedding of a fan who had supported Byeon Wooseok since his days as a model. A guest who attended the wedding shared on social media, "The bride has been a very long-time first fan since Byeon Wooseok's model debut. Everyone saw the wreath and murmured, 'Byeon Wooseok?' and many people took photos," leaving a heartwarming account of the scene.
As the story spread online, responses poured in praising Byeon Wooseok's character, including "Someone who really remembers tadpole days," "If it's the first fan, the emotion must be doubled," "The more successful he gets, the cooler he seems," and "This is what a real star is."
This is not the first time Byeon Wooseok has made the news for good deeds. He donated 100 million won to support vulnerable female adolescents in Korea, and in 2024 he was listed in the Korea Social Welfare Association's high-donor group, the "Honors Club." In the same year he donated 300 million won for pediatric patient treatment, and last year he contributed 100 million won for wildfire relief, consistently practicing philanthropy.
Meanwhile, Byeon Wooseok is set to appear in the MBC drama Perfect Crown, co-starring with IU, which is scheduled to premiere in April.
